We have created an Microsoft Excel Mortgage Spreadsheet for both fixed rate mortgages and ARMs that you can download and use. In order to keep the size to one page, we created sufficient cells to show balances for 12-14 payments - use the "copy/paste" function to expand it. Another Excel Cost Worksheet for comparing either the costs of different properties or the mortgage cost from different lenders is also available for downloading.
