Susan and Shelli have worked together for several years at Windermere Stellar. Their values, ethics, and work styles are similar, thus creating a solid partnership. Timing and scheduling determine who might take the lead with a client, but Susan and Shelli are often both actively involved in helping our buyer clients visit and select properties or our seller clients prepare their house for the market. We then work together to ensure that our clients reach their goals with as little hassle as possible.

…I grew up in Oregon and Washington, lived in the Eastern United States and abroad. I returned to Oregon because I love Portland’s friendly people, its vibrant downtown, interesting neighborhoods, and proximity to outdoor activities.

Before Real Estate There Was…

…A degree from Washington State University that launched me on a Government career taking me to Washington, DC, Atlanta, New York, Boston, and overseas. I also obtained a masters degree from Georgetown University along the way.

Beyond All That…

…My husband, Rolf, and I take walks with our Wirehair Vizlas, Flanders and Gigi, and when time permits enjoy hiking. I am active in the American Association of University Women and am a volunteer driver for Meals on Wheels. My husband is a volunteer SMART reader at a Portland elementary school. We keep in shape by working out three-four times a week at our health club.

A Pacific Northwesterner Originally and Again…

…I grew up in Oregon and graduated from Oregon State University. After a ‘vacation’ in Hawaii which lasted 25 years, my husband, our son, and I returned to Oregon and settled in the Portland area. Real estate, my second career, began in 2006. While living on the island of Oahu, I worked as a supervisor for an insurance firm, a position that required attention to detail and the ability to work with people.

My husband and I bought and sold several homes during our time in Hawaii, renovating some of them along the way. Thus began my interest in the real estate process.

I enjoy working with our clients, buyers and sellers alike, and I am thrilled to be back in Portland. It is a wonderful city, and its close proximity to the beach and the alpine playground of Mt. Hood is an added bonus. My son will tell you that he transitioned from surf board to snow board in no time at all.

I look forward to being of service to our clients and upholding Windermere’s goal of a positive experience throughout each and every transaction.
